Join the Silver Lining Circle
Becoming the Silver Lining began as a personal journey of healing, reflection, and self-discovery. Now, as the book moves toward publication, I'm inviting a small group of readers to walk this next chapter with me.
"The Silver Lining Circle isn't just about following a book launch. It's about joining a story of resilience, healing, and becoming."
Why the Silver Lining Circle Exists
Becoming the Silver Lining was written for anyone who has walked through difficult seasons and wondered whether something meaningful could still come from the experience.
Before the book launches publicly, I’m inviting a small group of readers to join me behind the scenes.
Some of you have been reading these stories from the beginning. Others may have just recently found this community. Either way, I'm grateful you're here. The Silver Lining Circle is my way of opening the door and inviting you behind the scenes as this story makes its way into the world.
Members of the Silver Lining Circle will receive early updates, behind-the-scenes reflections, opportunities to preview content, invitations to launch events, and a chance to be part of the journey as this book makes its way into the world.

About Sandra
Sandra Olivarez writes about resilience, healing, leadership, and the experiences that shape who we become.
Over the course of her career, she has helped organizations navigate transformation, uncertainty, and change. Through her personal writing, she explores the human side of those same journeys—how adversity shapes us, how healing happens, and how life’s hardest moments often become the foundation for unexpected growth.
In addition to Becoming the Silver Lining, Sandra also writes about workforce strategy, leadership, talent transformation, and the future of work. She is a contributing author of Military Veteran Employment: A Guide for the Data-Driven Leader and founder of both the Becoming the Silver Lining and Sigma Strategy Group publications.
Becoming the Silver Lining is her most personal project to date.
